Eligibility Criteria for CBI BC Supervisor Posts

Educational Qualification

• JAIIB pass with goof track record is required for retired bank clerks or equivalent employees.
• Graduate Degree completion with computer knowledge is required for young candidates.

Experience Level

• 3 years minimum rural banking experience is necessary for retired bank employees.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 64 years for retired bank employees.
• Young candidate’s age should be between 21 to 45 years.
• Continuation BC supervisor maximum age limit is 60 years.

Job Tenure

• 12 months.

Salary

• Category A Supervisor – Rs 15,000 (Fixed Component), Rs 10,000 (Variable Component), Rs 4,000 (Conveyance Allowance) and Rs 500 (Mobile/ Internet Charges).
• Category B Supervisor – Rs 12,000 (Fixed Component), Rs 8,000 (Variable Component), Rs 3,000 (Conveyance Allowance) and Rs 500 (Mobile/ Internet Charges).
