Eligibility Criteria:
Stenographer Grade III:
(1) Matriculation with 12th Class / Intermediate Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
(2) Should possess a speed of 80 words per minute in short hand and 40 words per minute in typewriting.
Social Security Assistant (SSA):
(1) Degree in any discipline.
(2) A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.

CMPFO Recruitment Selection Process:
- The CMPFO Selection Committee will prepare a select list of the willing candidates in three times of the vacancy (i.e. 1:3 ratio of vacancy and reserve list).
- No interview or skill test of the selected candidates would be conducted by CMPFO.
