Job Description:

We are conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for the position of International Voice Process Associate. This role involves engaging with international clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from international clients, addressing their queries and providing effective solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues promptly and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process Adherence: Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain service quality and compliance standards.
• Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system.

HCL Tech Recruitment Qualifications:

• Education: Any undergraduate or graduate degree. Note: Regular students currently pursuing graduation will not be considered.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a voice process are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
